Raha Mobarak, DPM
Board-Eligible Foot & Ankle Surgeon
Dr. Raha Mobarak was born in Little Rock, Arkansas and raised in Dallas, Texas. He fulfilled his undergraduate studies at University of Dallas and Baylor University with a focus on French and Pre-Med studies. He went on and received his medical education at Barry University in 2005. Following this, he was granted a three year surgical residency program in Albuquerque, New Mexico where he received his residency training at the New Mexico VA Medical Center and Lovelace Hospital System. His residency training was heavily focused on reconstruction, trauma, and diabetic limb salvage of the foot and ankle.
Dr. Raha Mobarak is board-qualified/eligible and has specialized training in arthroscopic treatment of ankle disorders. Dr. Mobarak also completed specialized training in Milan, Italy with use of the Ilizarov external fixation method for reconstructive foot and ankle surgery and trauma. As a former avid athelete and rugby player for many years, Dr. Mobarak also offers non-surgical and surgical treatment of sports related injuries. In his free time, Dr. Mobarak enjoys lecturing, spending time with his family, and keeping active.
